Due to the buzz generated by our discussions of the movie UNFAITHFUL, I am asking everyone to give their 2 cents regarding their choice or choices for hottest (sexiest) movies ever made (non-porn...for now  ). UNFAITHFUL is my new favorite as you can see, but I remember being a wee lad and finding myself curiously aroused by a little flick called BLUE LAGOON  . So share with the world the movies that really pushed your buttons. Don't be shy....everybody's doing it! :hump:

i love out of site with jennifer lopez and george clooney. i thought they had great chemistry and that scene, the whole prelude to doing it, was so excruciatingly subtle.

have you ever noticed she always costars with a white guy?

Wesley Snipes isn't white... Money Train. But Woody was.

There was a really steamy scene in Sex and Lucia.

Just rented Unfaithful, but haven't been able to watch it yet.....my interested has been very piqued by you guys though!!

And 9 1/2 weeks is a classic

I definitely have to agree with your movie choice of Out of Sight. My favorite part was when she's dreaming that he's in the tub, all hot and steamy, with the candles lit, and she walks in with her gun in her hand, wearing a fabulously expensive suit, and he just looks at her and pulls her into the tub with him......

Excuse me. I have to go take a cold shower now.... ;)

I know its wrong, but have you ever seen some of those Mary Kate and Ashley videos? Those chicks are hot. I know there's no sex, or anything even close, but all the same. I can only pray that they continue their careers into their twenties and get into drugs or something.

I ran across a web site once that had a count down to when they turned 18 by the seconds it was quite funny. Yes they need to get away from "Family" oriented movies and do some sexier ones!!! I wouldn't wish a drug habit on anybody.

I hear you there Jean, I was very sheltered and Blue Lagoon was almost sensory overload for my young mind. 8O Now Monsters Ball I heard was very racy too, but I also heard it kinda sucked once you got past the sex scenes. We (Jenni and I) like a good hot scene so don't get me wrong, but if the movie isn't just all around good we won't rent it just because its sexy. We have our porn collection for that.... shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Rich Whitemyer
05-13-2003, 03:10 PM
monster's ball wasn't too bad as a flick, but if you only get it for the porn part that's ok too, it's worth it to see halle's sweet ass.

Is there actually nudity in Blue Lagoon?

Jeremy Waters

Is there actually nudity in Blue Lagoon?

Nothing really worth mentioning because Brooke Shields was a minor I believe. They may show a butt cheek or something. If you watch it now you might not see the magic, but I was at a young impressionable age and my parents regulated my viewing to strictly "PG" (and they took the parental guidance thing seriously) so when I saw that movie at a friends house I was captivated. Judging it now, I would say it is a second rate chick flick with bad acting and not to waste your time unless you are truly bored and they going door to door handing out free copies of the movie...then maybe. :P

Anyone who knows me knows that my Grandma was very protective of me. I was not allowed to see movies unless it was rated G or PG. Needless to say I had to wait until Dirty Dancing came out on TV to watch it. It hink I was in 8th grade. I remember getting embarressed because in one scene they show Patrick Swayze's thigh/buttcheck. Yeah I was sheltered. Dont worry Robert and I have made up for that. I think most recently Unfaithful tops out as the most erotic yet not porn.

 I think most recently Unfaithful tops out as the most erotic yet not porn.

Geez, I think the producers of UNFAITHFUL need to cut us a check for all this free publicity we have created.   I just remembered a really twisted sexual thriller....QUILLS with Kate Winslet and what's his name from SIGNS and GLADIATOR. Supposedly QUILLS is based on a true story. Much like UNFAITHFUL it is a real jaw dropper, in fact its even more twisted. Its one of those Victorian era movies. If you like UNFAITHFUL its worth a try, but it too is not for the easily offended.  I just thought of another one...DANGEROUS LIASONS...same format as QUILLS only made years before with Michelle Phiefer and Glen Close. OK, does anyone have any clue what the heck I'm talking about here? I am rambling... :ermm:

Sarah McCalister
05-13-2003, 10:29 PM
I do Jeremy, and have to agree! Quills is based on the life of the Marquis de Sade. The leading role is played by Geoffrey Rush....also the star of Shine, which happens to be one of the greatest movies ever made, though certainly not fit for this particular category.

Well, I have now seen Unfaithful, and wow.....it was intense. Not just the sex, either. The whole damn thing. I have a lot to say about this movie, but this probably isn't the forum for it.

Why not? What forum would be more suitable? Let it out sister! The truth shall set you free. Don't you agree that Diane Lane's acting on the subway after she had the initial sexual encounter was brilliant? She hit ever emotion you could imagine and all without uttering a word. That should have got her the Oscar damn it! When she didn't win the Oscar, my wife and I yelled at the TV  ....hmmm anger over such things can't be good, I need a hobbie

Well I don't know about everyone else but even with absolutley no nudity and young actors in the lead, CRUEL INTENTIONS gets me everytime. I quote it constantly and Sarah Michelle Gellar was just hot as the evil one. Don't tell me that you don't lean in and hold your breath when you see her kiss Selma Blair or squirming on Ryan Phillipes lap.

Wow, now thats a bold statement. Yep, me like. As always, the fastest way to a man's heart is girl-girl action. :D I should clarify that the girls in said action must be the femme/ girlie lipstick lesbo type to count. Butch women render above statement null and void. :P ...Hey I didn't make the rules I just live by them.

Seriously, the movie is good but as for hot factor, I would only give it a 6 out of 10.

Christina Torres

Yeah, that whole scene was brilliant. Especially the editing. Diane wasn't the only one that deserved an Oscar...how 'bout the film editors? I must say, though, that the scene in the bathroom at the cafe was really hot too!!

Haven't seen Cruel Intentions, either....that's now on my list

Cruel Intensions was a pretty good movie, as hottness goes. Actually anything with Sara Mechelle Gellar is pretty hot, even if she isn't kissing another girl. It would have been better if there was some nude scenes, just because my imagination wasn't giving Sara any justice :D She even makes killing vampires sexy!!! I need to start renting movies, there are some in here that sound really good.

We don't have a pool either so we know how you feel. We just moved into our new house and we don't even have enough furniture to fill all the rooms, so we have a huge front room that doesn't have anything but a Directv receiver sitting on its box (what can I say, I was planning ahead when I ordered the Directv ). Richie, Richie, Richie... I see you are man of good moral fiber such as myself. :innocent: I too was bothered by the adultry, but I worked through it. :D To be honest I think the point of the movie was to make you feel all those emotions you felt. You were supposed be turned on by her affair, yet feel guilty and ashamed much the same way she (Diane Lane's character) did. I think we were supposed to see how people who seem so together and "perfect" can be tempted. We were supposed to feel that feeling of OMG how did I get to this. That was what was so great about the movie in my eyes. It made you really think.

I think everyone should feel a little queezy after watching that movie. The subject matter is disturbing, but that doesn't mean the sex wasn't hot. I think its called compartmentalization( note to self: remember compartmentalization for next session of SCRABBLE). If you didn't like the movie, then in a way thats a tribute to you I would say, because you find it hard to seperate the sex from the ideals of commitment, loyalty, trust, and honesty. Your wife should be proud. Hey, wait....now I feel bad for liking it. :( HEY WAIT A SECOND! My wife liked the movie even more than me...

There is always a need man... but I'm not gonna beg (I'm going to use another website for that). I'm not out to make money off the site, but if I can cover costs, and make it easier for me to come out and visit for parties and such back home, then all the better. hey mark, do you need any children? I don't about the first born but the second might be negotiable. We'll see how they look when they come out. If they're ugly we might just try again. Is that how this works? You start out with one or two, see how they're doing and if it isn't going well you try again? Or is it more like you feel like you're doing such a great job at the parenting thing that you keep pushing your luck at the table?

I can't say for sure if I'm really correct, I'm just going by my gut feeling. My wife claims that women ARE in fact more prone to flirt with married men because they see it as a challenge and they see us as non-threatening and stable. What is odd (and my wife has noticed this too) is that its either younger women (late teens early twenties) or older women (35+) that show interest, not my own age group really. Explain that!

Thats another thing...why do wives think that every woman alive is checking out their husband in some form or fashion? I get mad at her when she tells me after the fact that some woman was eyeing me because damn it I want to relish it as it is happening not after the fact. Yes, I am a sad man. Isn't this the hottest movies board? We are way off topic. :P

Dude its a nice enterprise. I know when I send Chet, our 8 yr old boy, out to mow lawns around town I keep 75 cents of every dollar he makes. We are going to Vegas this summer thanks to that little grass cutting fiend. Sometimes I feel guilty but can you really put a price on keeping a kid off drugs and out of gangs? Skeptical... what did you think I was gonna do?!?!? hehe I have never intended for any kind of membership fees or advertising. Although I can now see why classmates went the way it did. Doing this for every single school in the US is freaking insane!!! I know their staff must be small since they don't do a very good job at monitoring stuff. So then that kinda makes you think, how much money are they banking?!? I'm sure it's up there.

I stay with my parents in town, so it's all good. Gas kills though, especially now it's not $1.09/gal. But maybe we'll have a sleepover like old times... need Brad and Johnny out here too though.

Wow, when your talking about guys you should avoid the term "sleepover." Its cool for chicks because I envision girls in itsy bitsy pajamas having pillow fights and giving back rubs, but for guys you say like we are going to kick it at so n' so's pad or something cool like that. :D

Oh she tells me now much more than she used to. As for looking at other girls, she has learned that I will never change so she just looks with me. Its great! It seems like high school girls are getting more *mature* every year. What are the guidelines with the daughter's friends? Are you allowed to look? Or is that considered pedophilia in your end of town? And just to be blunt, I am in no way implying that Jeremy is a pervert (or me for that matter). Well not that kind of pervert anyway.

Dude, teenage girls are the devil! May you never be cursed with the hell that they bring. As for hot friends, umm I can imagine it happening but our daughter doesn't really have the hottest friends so I can't say I have ever been tempted by such evil thoughts. Now when she gets into her late teens and the girls reach their prime it could get ugly. 8O Luckily I am an upstanding citizen in my community and immune to mortal temptations. :P

We are talking about finding girls attractive not boning them! It is awkward to find underage girls attractive, but if a guy claims he would never find underage girls attractive he is full of sh*t. To cross the boundary and actually act on an attraction is sick I agree since girls that age aren't emotionally or intellectually ready for that type of thing. Not to mention it is ILLEGAL. Don't worry Richie, I knew what you meant. I don't pass judgement. You were merely referring to their physical maturity. I get it.

thanks jeremy. but you know in Great Britain, and other european nations, girls under the age of 18 regularly pose topless in mainstream publications and tv. How does that confuse the issue? Maybe our resident european refugee could pipe up in regards to this phenomenon.

Well, it's been a while, but all I can really tell you is that you are considered an adult from what I remember at the age of 16. I know there used to be many topless models barely 16 and up a while back, but i'm not sure if that has changed. Funny though, much like in the US, they can't drink until they are 18... so there is a 2 year gap, much like the 3 year one here.

I'm not too sure how the Age of Consent weighs on a woman posing in a magazine, or any other such publication. Ages vary throughout Europe, Italy and Portugal it's 14, France it's 15, Germany it's 16.

Here is an interesting chart for ya!

well that was certainly interesting. Especially the parts about homosexual sex - all the countries that let the girls dyke out before the boys can legally play a rousing game of grab-ass. thanks for the update, it's always better to be informed while travel abroad.
